The click (The ebst …
The click (The ebst way i can describe it) is kind of like a palm mute with your fret holding hand. You lift your fingers off of the neck but keep them on the strings so no tone rings. and strum across the strings.

well explained, I really learned it - although you are really missing a strum in when explaining the song, ypou do play it though: after the click you change the chord and then there is a strum upwards before you start again with the 2 qurter strums down

yeah dude, you can …
yeah dude, you can play it with what id call “simple F” its……first finger barr the high E and B string on the first fret…..second finger on the G second fret…..and finally third finger on the D string third fret.

Since ur a total beginner I’ll also say that the strings go E B G D A E that’s from thinnest to thickest. Your playin what I said on the thinnest strings (dont get confused cos there’s an E at the top and bottom)

Hope I helped mate, Rock on! ;)
